J.F. BALCAZAR is a filmmaker born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. He studied visual media and philosophy in Washington D.C. and has worked in New York City and London. In his pursuit to create compelling and engaging stories he has recently completed his master’s degree in filmmaking at the London Film School.
