JANIS PUGH'S GRAD FILM WINS AWARD IN POLAND
We have pleasure to announce that JANIS PUGH's (C. 154) graduation film"BLUE COLLARS AND BUTTERCUPS" was awarded the Special Kodak Prize - 600m of 35mm colour film-stock at the 14th International Film Schools' Festival "Mediaschool 2007". We would like to pass on our congratulations to the winner.

MICHAEL FRANTZIS 3RD TERM DOCUMENTARY WINS TOP AWARD AT CHICAGO
Michael Frantziz (C. 153) third term documentary RUTH has just Won the Gold Hugo for Best Production at Chicago International Film Festival, USA 4-17th October.

EMILY HARRIS (C. 141) IS REALLY DOING WELL....SEE BELOW

Emily Harris C.141 was Co-producer and Editor on a feature documentary entitled "TOVARICH, I AM NOT DEAD" which had its UK premiere this October. The film was directed by Stuart Urban (double BAFTA winner) and is nominated for Best Feature Documentary at this year's Raindance Festival. It has already been winning awards around the world including the Grand Prix at Biograph Film Festival in Italy and Best Documentary and Audience Award at Accolades in Los Angeles.
"THREE TOWERS" has also won 2 more awards (that's 3 so far) which Emily made with her husband Yoni Bentovin (C. 137) and they are now in post-prodution with their first feature fiction film "THINGS TO SEE WHEN YOU'RE NOT LOOKING".

"TEMPORAL" WINS ANOTHER AWARD
Paz Fabrega (C.151) graduation film "TEMPORAL" has won BEST SHORT FILM at the Palmeres du Festival de Biarritz 2007, France 25th September-1st October.
