Alfsnet introduction
Associates of The London Film School Network(ALFSnet)
Ever since our predecessor school, the London School of Film Technique, started in 1956, we have had the ambition to run a truly international network of ex-students and staff. They would then be able to keep in touch with each other, as well as offering each other facilities and cooperation for filming projects in their respective countries.
We are in early stages of re-developing our website. We hope to include a better and more secure Alfsnet area. In the meantime, if you wish to keep in touch with LFS Alumni, why not join the LFS group in Facebook.
If you are an Alumnus, please email Kate Hughes at k.hughes@lfs.org.uk with your details and we will keep you posted with the latest news.
The LFS "Time-Tunnel". Our 50th anniversary site
Make sure that you visit the LFS Time-Tunnel site where you will be able to find a wealth of interviews with Staff Members, Ex-Staff members and Alumni, describing their expreriences at the LFS, their feelings and hopes for the future of the school. There are also stills libraries and documents' archives.
We are always looking for more materials, so if you are or have been connected with the LFS and have any archive material please email: time-tunnel@lfs.org.uk
